Delete in the app
- 1Open WalkMint and go to Profile → Account → Delete Account.
- 2Read the acknowledgement and type DELETE.
- 3Confirm the request. The app signs you out after completion.
This is the fastest way to confirm that the request belongs to your signed-in account.
No app access?
Send a deletion request.
Use this form when you cannot access your WalkMint account. We may ask for enough information to verify ownership before acting on the request.
Current data handling:WalkMint's current deletion flow removes or nulls personal profile contact fields, deletes certain PII subcollections, anonymizes the main account record, and prevents future earning or redeeming. It may retain restricted or de-identified security, fraud-prevention, accounting, reward, or system-integrity records. The Firebase authentication identity is currently retained.

What changes immediately
Future earning and redeeming are blocked, and core personal profile contact fields are removed or anonymized.

Restricted or de-identified records needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, and system integrity.

Pending reward requests may be affected. Save any information you need before deleting your account.
